🚚 Shipping Policy

Welcome to hack. Nutrition. We are committed to getting your supplements to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we handle your orders.

1. Order Processing Times

We know you’re keen to get started with your products.

  • The Goal: We aim to process and dispatch orders the same day they are placed.
  • The Window: Please allow 1 to 3 business days for order processing during busy periods or weekends.

Once your order has been handed over to Royal Mail, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

2. Our Shipping Partners

To ensure your package is handled with care, our primary service provider is Royal Mail. We offer two main domestic shipping options:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: Aims to deliver your package the next business day after dispatch.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: Aims to deliver your package within two to three business days after dispatch.

Note: Both services include end-to-end tracking so you can follow your journey from our door to yours.


3. Missed Deliveries

If you aren't home when Royal Mail attempts delivery, they follow a standard protocol to ensure your package stays safe:

    • The Red Card: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and no "Safe Place" was designated, the postie will leave a "Something for you" card.
    • Collection & Redelivery: This card will provide instructions on how to book a free redelivery or which local Customer Service Point (delivery office) you can visit to collect your item.
    • Identification: Please remember to bring the red card and a valid form of ID if you are collecting your parcel in person.

4. International Shipping

Currently, we focus on providing the best service within the UK. If you are ordering from outside the UK, please contact our support team for a bespoke shipping quote.
