At Hack Nutrition, we get it—sometimes you click the wrong flavor in a caffeine-deprived state, or you realize you grabbed the wrong stack. If you’ve ordered in good faith and made a genuine mistake, we’re here to get the right fuel into your hands without the headache.
The Ground Rules
To qualify for a hassle-free exchange, please ensure your return meets the following criteria:
- Condition: Products must be unused and unopened.
- Packaging: Items must be in their original packaging with all seals intact.
- Intent: The exchange must be due to a genuine ordering error.
- Timeline: Please reach out to start your exchange within 14 days of delivery.
How It Works
- Contact Us: Shoot an email to our support team with your order number and the item you’d like to receive instead.
- Ship It Back: Once approved, mail the original product back to our warehouse. Note: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t exchange what doesn't arrive!

- The Swap: Once our team inspects the returned item and confirms it’s in "like-new" condition, we will process your exchange and ship out your preferred product.
